DESCRIPTION
Mystery Thrift Customs are a great way to give a unique gift or to give new life to garments sitting in your closet, unworn, for one reason or another.
We offer two variations of Mystery Thrift Customs:
- You provide the garments you wish to be remade
- We pull from our secondhand sourced materials to create your custom
When checking out, please create a customer account with the email you would like to be reached at.
You will be emailed a questionnaire regarding your likes, dislikes and measurements within 48hrs. It will also include the address to send your preloved garments to (if you choose).
Failure to complete questionnaire or ship garments within a week of initial order will result in an order refund. Unused garments and scraps from customs will not be returned to customer unless requested.
Custom garments take 4-8 weeks to produce and ship. All customs are final sale.

CARE
- For clothing items, machine wash cold and hang to dry for best results. Do not use bleach. Iron medium heat.
- For hats and accessories, spot clean as needed. Do not put in washing machine or apply heat.

- Items ship within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping within the U.S.A and international shipping calculated at check out.
RETURNS
- Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving items.
- Items must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed, with original tags.
- Returns will be mailed at the expense of the buyer, except for in specific circumstances.
