What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipping within the United States is free and ships within 5-10 business days. We also ship to Canada and the UK, where shipping cost will be calculated at check out based on your address.

When will my order arrive?

Ready-made items ship from Dallas, Texas within 3-5 business days from the date the order was placed. Shipping will take 5-10 business days via USPS to be delivered. You can expect your ready-made items to arrive approximately 2 weeks after you place an order. If you do not receive notification of tracking information within 3-5 business days, please reach out to us at renbarkerdesigns@gmail.com. Mystery Thrift Custom orders take 4-6 weeks to complete and timing is calculated based on date designer receives thrifted items. Orders will then take another 5-10 business days to ship.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We are always excited to ship internationally. Cost of international shipping will be calculated at checkout. If you are not located in the UK or Canada, please reach out via email to get estimated shipping costs. renbarkerdesigns@gmail.com


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept debit card, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes, we accept international credit cards on international orders.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

Yes, sales tax is calculated at checkout and will be automatically added to your total.


I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

Although we hope you love everything you ordered, there may be times when you need to return something to us. If you would like to make a return, please email us first at renbarkerdesigns@gmail.com.

Please note:
  • - Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving items.
  • - Items must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed, with original tags.
  • - Returns will be mailed at the expense of the buyer, except for in specific circumstances.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Once we receive the item you wish to return, your refund will be issued within 14 business days. Once your refund is issued, any additional processing time may vary based on your bank and payment method.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Orders can be canceled and a refund issued if you reach out to us at renbarkerdesigns@gmail.com prior to item being mailed. Once you have received notification that your order has shipped, you must follow our standard return process.

How do I know my size?

All of our items are made from preloved garments and materials, which means we don't do traditional sizing or have a size chart. Instead, each item will have its measurements in the Product Description.

How do I care for my items?

We recommend that our cotton clothing items be washed cold and dried on low. Other items, such as hats, jewelry, and painted leather goods should be spot cleaned as necessary to ensure their longevity.

How often do you restock new product?

New products are listed monthly on our website. To stay up to date on product drops, follow us on Instagram @reb.designs and subscribe to our email list.

Something I love sold out, when will it restock?

Everything we make utilizes preloved materials, so unfortunately this means once an item is sold out we are unable to restock it as it is one-of-a-kind. However, many core styles are repeated utilizing different colors and prints, so keep your eyes peeled! Additionally, let us know what you love! The more love we receive about a style, the more likely we are to make additional variations of it.

Do you wash thrifted garments and fabrics before upcycling them?

Absolutely! All preloved materials are laundered to the best of our ability before being used and items are closely examined to ensure there are no imperfections, such as staining.


How do I dispose of packing once I recieve my order?

Biodegradable bags can be recycled with other plastics. Tissue paper, hang tags, and thank you mailers can be recycled with other paper products.
